Picking timeframe
Orders under 75 lots
I pick orders Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in the evenings and on Sundays. All to get a few evenings free for other things. When the order is picked, I send an invoice and pack your order completely.
Orders with more then 75 lots
For larger orders with more than 75 lines, I will try to get back to you to give you a schedule for picking and when the order is ready to ship. A good measure is that it takes about 1 day / 100 rows.
Orders are always sent no later than the day after payment.
If there is any lego piece missing, let me know and I will help you with this. I make mistakes sometimes but have always done everything to fix it.
Packing and shipping
All legos are packed in zip bags. Large single parts are packed with bubble wrap. I try to put just enough in each bag.
If you want me to package each type (item) and color in separate zip bags, write this in the comments to the order. I will charge 0.5 SEK per lot of the order for this service.
Orders between 0 gram up to 500 gram (including packing material and invoice) you can choose between shipping with or without tracking.

I cant take any responsibility if the letter reaches you unfortunally. The Lego is packed in a bag with bubble wrap on each side of the bag (if the lego fits in the bag, otherwise in a box). Offcourse the Lego is packed in smaller bags.

The package is sent with swedish postal services with tracking information. The lego is packed in a box.
I am not responisble for the carrier's handling.
Payment
P ayment options are IBAN (Europe customers), Credit/Debit card with Stripe services or PayPal. I do prefer payment with IBAN if you live in europe otherwise payment with Stripe services.
Payment must be made within 7 days after i sent the invoice from BrickLink. If there is any problems with payment or you havent received you invoice please send me a message and we solve this together. If I havent got any kind of message from you or payment within 7 days i do a NPB Alert to BrickLink (Non-Paying Buyer Alert).
Shipping costs
All shipment is done through swedish postal services.

- EU countries - price for customers in EU
- UK - price for customers in UK
- Norway - price for customers in Norway
- Outside EU - price for customers outside EU (Exkl UK and Norway)
EU countries - Swedish VAT are included, UK - UK VAT are included and Norway - Norwegian VAT are included. Outside EU (exkl Norway and UK) do not pay Swedish VAT, therefore these prices are without VAT.
These prices is orders above 100 SEK. Order below 100 SEK is an extra 15 SEK added to the freight price.
